How to Make it Happen

To name WWF-Canada as a beneficiary of your RRSP, RRIF or life insurance policy, simply follow the steps below:

1. Request a Multiple Beneficiary Designation Form for your Registered Retirement Savings Plan, your Registered Retirement Income Fund or life insurance policy from the administrator of your plan. The forms may be available on their website. 
2. Decide what amount or percentage you would like WWF-Canada to receive.
3. Fill out the form and name WWF-Canada as a beneficiary using the information below.
4. Return the form to your plan administrator.
